QA Process
Our QA manuals not only guide the tasks/steps undertaken as part of the services (incorporated into our Competency Management System maps) but also guide our QA process.
Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), developed and implemented to ensure tasks are undertaken safely and efficiently by staff trained to these standards
On-site QA processes and plans, undertaken by relevant work supervisors ensures the work is completed and carried out safely and to our high standards. It involves on-site attendance to observe and sign-off work. Our supervisors also attend regular client meetings where any issues are discussed
Our QA system is regularly audited by Telarc4.
